Overview

To assist with troubleshooting, we may need the diagnostic file from the Bad Elf Flex App’s NTRIP Configuration screen. This can be done even without a Bad Elf Flex or Flex Mini connected. Follow the steps below to generate and share the diagnostic file.

Solution

Collecting the diagnostic file helps Bad Elf Support identify potential configuration or connection issues. Follow these steps to generate and share the diagnostic file.

Step-by-Step

  1. Open the Bad Elf Flex App.
  2. Tap App Settings

  3. Locate and select NTRIP Configuration..

  4. Establish a connection to any RTK network. Once connected, tap the diagnostics button.
  5. Copy the generated diagnostic file to your clipboard and share with Bad Elf Via email or support ticket

This process does not require a Bad Elf Flex or Flex Mini to be connected.
